Introduction

I was craving peach cobbler but was drying to be good nutrition wise and calorie wise. This was an experiment lol that turned out pretty okay :)
After calculating the nutritional info...I'll say that this is healthier than most lol

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter 1.25 cups
    Heart smart Bisquick 2 cups
    Splenda 1.5 cups
    Cinnamon to taste
    Nutmeg to taste
    2 % milk 2/3 cup
    Peaches canned in lite syrup 2 (29oz) cans or 7 cups

Directions

Makes 8 1cup servings
Melt "butter" in 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix Bisquick, splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk.
Pour over "butter".
Drain peaches, save juice from 1 can.
Spread peaches over batter. Pour juice from 1 can over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Recipe can be cut in half easily
I used the spread I Can't Believe It's Not Butter because that's what I had. I'm sure you can use it in stick form just the same.
