Introduction

This is our family's easy-peasy chili. This is our family's easy-peasy chili.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cans kidney beans (one dark, one light), drained
    1 can ranch style beans, undrained
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    2 Tbs chili powder ( more or less to taste)

Directions

Brown ground beef, onions, and gren pepper until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.

Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan. Bring to a bubble; simmer at least 1 hour.

OR- Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high 1 hour, then switch to low for 4-6 hours.

Makes 20 1/2-cup servings.
