    3 Cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal (uncooked)
    1 Cup Lactaid Fat-Free Calcium Fortified Milk
    1 Cup Egg Replacement Liquid (like Eggbeaters)
    1 Cup Un-sweetened Applesauce
    1/2 Teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Stevia Extract
    1 Teaspoon Featherweight Baking Powder
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
    2 Scoops Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate
    8 Teaspoons Psyllium Fiber Powder


Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray 8"x8" baking pan with non-stick spray.
Whisk applesauce, egg mixture, milk, sea salt,
cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, whey
protein powder and psyllium fiber powder in bowl.
When ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add the
uncooked oatmeal one cup at a time until all the
ingredients are well blended.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 - 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into 8 servings.
May be individually wrapped for a quick snack to
take when you are on the go, or to pack your lunch.
