    1 lb ground turkey
    2 ears fresh corn
    3 med onions chopped
    1 lge yellow pepper, choppped
    .75 cup shelled edamame
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup sliced zucchini or yellow squash
    1 cup fresh brussel sprouts
    3 cups chicken broth


Brown ground meat, add veggies; cook until tender; add broth simmer until edamame is cooked - about 1 hour total.
