    1/2 cup onions chopped, 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 can black beans not drained, 3/4 cup water, 1 tsp oregano, 1 Sazon packet,n1 tb sp White cooking wine or cider vinegar.


Heat oil in medium saucedpan over medium heat. Add onion, pepper, and garlic; cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot brown rice. Serves 4
