    1 1/2 C, Flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
    1/8 tsp ginger, ground
    1/8 tsp allspice
    1/3 C. honey
    1 egg
    1 over-ripe banana, mashed
    1 C. chopped carrorts
    1/2 c. raisins, not packed
    1/2 C. Yoplait Creamy Vanillia Fat Free yogurt
    1/3 c. vegetable oil


Pre-heat oven to 400 degree. Line muffins pans with muffin papers (18),
Stir all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add Wet ingredients to dry and mix with fork until well moistened.
Fill each cup with just under 1/4c. of batter.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Makes 18 servings
