    1 lb stew beef
    1/4 cup flour
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cans rinsed and drained kidney beans
    1 large can no salt added tomato sauce
    1 TBSP worcestershire sauce
    1 TBSP Chili powder
    1 TBSP cumin
    1 TBSP garlic powder


Heat oil in pan. Dredge beef with flour and add to pan to brown.

Remove beef from pan and add onions.

Add beef and all remaining ingredients to crock pot.

Cook on low 6 hours

Makes 8 servings
