    1 lb nave beans, sorted, washed and soaked overnight
    2 quarts water
    1 pound diced pork loin
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1 carrot, finely chopped
    1 onion finely chopped
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper


Drain soaked beans, rinse and put in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
