    1 TBSP olive oil
    1 lb pork loin trimmed of fat and cut into 4 slices
    1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can skim milk
    1 package ranch dressing mix
    1 1/2 cups ronzoni whole wheat egg noodles


Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.

Add soup, milk and salad dressing mix. heat to a boil. Cover and cook 20 minutes.

Remove pork from pan and stir in cooked noodles with the sauce.

Makes 4 servings.
