Less than 30 minutes to the table for satisfying turkey taco chili. Less than 30 minutes to the table for satisfying turkey taco chili.

    20 oz lean ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 packet of reduced sodium taco seasoning
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    7 oz can chopped green chiles
    28 oz can petite diced tomatoes
    2 15 oz cans kidney beans


Brown the ground turkey with the onions.
Add the garlic and taco seasoning - Cook for a minute.
Add the green chiles, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans.
Stir well. If it is too thick add some water to achieve the desired consistancy.
Simmer for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Makes 6 servings about 2 cups each.
