    Trader Joe's Organic Creamy Tomato Soup, 4 cup (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, strips (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


Cut potatoes and carrots into pieces according to your taste and boil in water over medium heat usually 10-15minutes. During the last 5 minutes add both peppers, diced.

After veggies are cooked make sure there is about 1 cup of water left in the pot then add the soup oregano, cayenne pepper and corn.

Heat everything through and serve. This can also be made and put in the refrigerator for a couple of days and reheated.
