Ingredients

    Non-Stick Cooking Spray
    4 8-inch Tortialls (LaTortilla Factory Low Carb Whole Wheat)
    3.5 oz. Garlic or Spicy Hummus
    6 oz. Crab Classics Immitation Crab
    6 oz. jar marinated Artichoke Hearts
    4 oz. Feta Cheese (crumbled)

Directions

Coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray and place (sprayed side down) on work surface.

Spread other side with hummus. Top half each tortilla with crab, artichoke hearts, and feta cheese. Fold in half, pressing lightly.

Heat non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat for 1 minute. Cook quesadillas 2 at a time for 4-6 minutes or until lightly browned.
