Introduction

Yummy filling potato soup with dumplings without all the added fat!! Yummy filling potato soup with dumplings without all the added fat!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6-7 medium red potatos large diced
    1 onion diced
    2 carrots sliced
    enough water to cover and a little more
    salt and pepper

    Dumplings

    2 cups of flour
    3 Tbsp butter
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1 cup of milk

Directions

Makes about 8 servings

Add potatos, onions, carrots and cover about 1/2 inch above top with water. Boil and add salt and pepper as desired.
After done (but not too done), Mix together flour, butter melted, baking powder and milk. Drop in clumps on top of the cooking soup. Cover and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Yummy easy and cheap and not very high calorie. Hope you enjoy!!
