yummy, filling, warm meal with tons of protein! low in fat! yummy, filling, warm meal with tons of protein! low in fat!

Ingredients

    1 can of black beans
    1 can of Costco Kirkland canned chicken
    1 small onion or half a large onion
    1 tomato
    garlic

Directions

saute onion and garlic until soft and browned. then add black beans and chicken until warmed. add tomatoes at last minute to soften and warm but not overcook.

top with anything you choose: sour cream, parmesan cheese, shredded cheese, etc.
