    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour,all purpose
    1/2 c. flour, whole wheat
    2 tbsp STEVIVA blend
    1/4 t. salt
    3 t. baking powder
    1 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted butter, unsalted


Mix in a bowl: cornmeal, flour, steviva, salt & baking powder. In a separate bowl whisk milk & egg. Add to dry ingredients. Add melted butter.
Mix well. Place in muffin cups; bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 min.
