    1.5 tbl oil
    2 btl sugar
    1.5 tsp salt
    2 tbl dry milk
    3 cups bread flour
    2 tsp yeast

  • this bread tastes wonderful. It comes out very light. My only complaint it that 25 servings per loaf seems a bit unreasonable - 11/1/12
