Number of Servings: 4


    500g carrots
    1 onion
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup skimmed milk
    5g ginger
    1tspn vegetable boullion


Makes 4 servings.

Put everything (apart from milk) in the pot with water to cover it - boil until soft. Whizz in food processor or use hand held. Add milk and serve.
