Ingredients

    1/2 cup cornstarch
    1/3 cup potato starch
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. xanthan gum
    2/3 cup Splenda
    1 egg
    3 Tb. unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 cup skim plus milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients except milk. Add milk and stir until all lumps are gone. Bake at 350 in a greased 8-inch pan 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. The middle tends to be doughy so definitely test with a toothpick.

    I alwaly been a sweet carver since I found had to stay way from gluten. it been hard find something can make with out the gluten. and love chocolate. now know can make something with out getting or worry about going to effect me! - 4/29/10
