Introduction

Make this thicker and more creamy by replacing the ice with frozen bananas and frozen yogurt (place both items in the freezer at least 12 hours before you want to make this recipe) Using a better quality blender or a food processor will also help to reduce the amount of milk required to blend this.

Replace the chocolate syrup with reduced sugar to reduce the calorie content (you *could* use the sugar free, but I don't recommend it because it doesn't have a good chocolate flavor)

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 medium banana (frozen, if possible)
    1/2 cup plain, non-fat, yogurt
    1 Tbsp chocolate syrup
    2 Tbsp chocolate chips
    1 cup crushed ice
    1/4 cup skim milk

Directions

Place everything except the milk in a blender (or use a food processor if you have one and want a thicker, ice cream consistancy), put cap on and start blender. Remove the center portion of the cap and drizzle in the milk as needed to acheive the consistancy that you want.

Makes 2 servings about 1 1/4 cups each (smaller serving size if you use less or no milk/ice)

Number of Servings: 2
