    1/4 c, honey
    2 whole eggs, large
    1 3/4 c. 1% milk
    1/4 vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 tbs baking powder
    3 1/2 c. white flour
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 tsp salt


1.In a large bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, milk and oil.
2.Add dry ingredients and mix with electric mixer at medium-high speed fpr 2 minutes.
3.Spray two muffin pans with cooking spray or line with muffin papers. Fill ech cup 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degree for 15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
