Introduction

This is a sweet treat to be served around the holidays. This is a sweet treat to be served around the holidays.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can pumpkin
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup sugar ( I use brown - white will do)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 pkg yellow cake mix
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup butter
    Nutmeg (if wanted or cinnamon)
    Cool Whip

Directions

Stir 1st 5 ingredients together
Pour into greased 9 x 13 dish
Sprinkle cake mix over the top
Sprinkle pecans on top
Melt and drizzle butter on top
Bake at 350 for 1 hr or until golden brown
Enjoy with cool whip and nutmeg
