Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 tbsps olive oil
    approximately 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small pieces
    1 package of frozen sugar snap bean stir fry vegetables or any stir fry vegetables
    1 tbsp garlic powder or to taste
    1 tbsp season all or to taste
    1 tbsp poultry seasoning or to taste
    1 tbsp lemon pepper or to tatste
    1 small onion chopped
    half of a bell pepper chopped


Directions

Cut seasoning vegetables
Cut chicken into small pieces
add olive oil to skillet with onions and bell peppers cook on mediuim heat until veggies are soft
add chicken and other seasonings to taste and cook for about 10 minutes
Add sugar snap bean stir fry veggies to pan stir and cover
continue cooking on medium low heat for about 20 minutes. Makes about 6 servings
