Ingredients

    1/4 c all purpose flour
    1/4 c butter, melted
    2 c 2% milk
    1 c cheddar

Directions

Make a roux with butter and flour. While continually stirring with wisk slowly add milk. Reduce heat and continue stirring until thickened. Add cheddar and stir til blended.
Pour over pasta or vegetables as desired.
