Ingredients

    Catelli Smart pasta (whole box for 6 ppl)
    1 cup of 1%milk
    1 tub of philly light cream cheese, 4 oz of shredded partly skimmed mozzarella
    4 oz of parmesean cheese
    12 0z of fresh shrimp
    garlic
    spices to taste
    1 cup of mushroomrs
    1 red pepper diced
    1.5 cups of frozen peas
    dash of nutmeg

Directions

Boil pasta and peas and set aside
In fry pan, saute garlic, mushrooms, red peppers and shrimp .
In sauce add milk and cream cheese and wisk until melted. Stir in cheeses until melted. Mix sauce in with pasta . yummy
