Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 cup Bulger Wheat
    1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Bring broth, salt and garlic powder to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in Bulger, cover and allow to steep for at least 15 minutes, fluff and serve! Keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days.
