    4 boiled eggs
    2 oz tofu, drained and chopped
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    4 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/5 cup green peas


Makes 2 servings
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill.
