Introduction

Another Kraft.com recipe!! The one listed on their website is lower calorie, but I only had regular ground beef and had to use that instead of lean ground beef. Another Kraft.com recipe!! Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef (next time I will use extra lean and edit the recipe, just didn't have any on hand this time!)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup KRAFT 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup Progresso bread crumbs - Italian Style
    1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, seasoning salt, dried oregano leaves
    1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
    6 slices fully Cooked Bacon

Directions



HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX all ingredients except bacon.

SHAPE into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan; top with bacon.

BAKE 1 hour or until done (160ºF). Let stand 5 min. before removing from pan and slicing to serve.

Makes 6 servings.
