Ingredients

    1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1/2 medium tomato, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 avocado, peeled and mashed
    1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
    1 tbsp fresh, chopped cilantro

Directions

Makes 8 2 tbsp servings
Add avocado, onions, pepper and tomato in bowl.
Add lime juice and cilantro. Mix well
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
