Ingredients

    1/2 pack lite silken tofu
    1 carrot, chopped
    garlic
    kim chi
    turmeric
    salt and pepper
    capers and taco seasoning/sauce to taste

Directions

Brown tofu, carrot, and garlic. Mix in kim chi and seasonings to taste.

Optional add-ins include tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms.

Sprinkle with nutritional yeast for added protein, B12, and yummy taste.
