    1 Package Extra Firm Tofu
    1 bottle House of Tsang Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Sauce
    3 crowns broccoli
    2 green bell peppers
    assorted mini red & yellow bell peppers, about 15


Wash and trim veggies and add to the crockpot. Cube tofu and add it as well. Pour the entire bottle of sweet and sour sauce on top of the tofu and vegetables.

Add a 1/2 tablespoon of water to the "empty" jar, and shake. Pour the contents on top. Toss gingerly.

Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours.

This is finished when the vegetables have reached desired consistency.
