    4 boneless pork loin chops - 1 1/2 in chick
    4 oz canned green chilies
    2 tsp oregano
    2 garlic cloves
    2 tsp ground cumin
    4 tbsp cider vinegar
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil


1. Blend together chilies, oregano, garlic, cumin, and vinegar until smooth. Merinate chops in mixture in the fridge for 4 - 24 hrs.
2. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Remove chops from merinade and cook 7-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
