Number of Servings: 4


    2 large Eggs
    1 cup Sour Cream
    2 cups Flour
    2 tbsp Margarine
    1 can Saurkraut


In a medium bowl, combine flour (leave 1/4 cup for rolling), eggs, and sour cream until well mixed. Dough should be rather sticky. Divide dough into 8 small balls. Sprinkle surface with leftover flour and roll dough into 4-6 inch rounds. Add 1/2 serving saurkraut to the center of the round and fold dough over add water to edge and pinch closed. Repeat for the remaining rounds.

In a pot of boiling water add pierogis and boil until dough is cooked. Pierogi's will float when done. Serve with a tsp of Margarine on each serving.

Makes 8 Pierogi's.
