Ingredients

    * 1-1/2 cup Rotini Pasta
    * 1-1/2 cup Yellow Squash
    * 1-1/2 cup Zucchini
    * 5 baby carrots
    * 1 clove Garlic
    * 1/4 cup Onion
    * 1-1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

1. Make pasta according to directions.
2. Chop veggies.
3. Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 5 minutes. Add squash, zucchini, and carrots. Saute until desired tenderness.
4. When pasta is done, drain and coat with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Add spices to taste: Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic Powder.
5. Mix veggies in with pasta. Serve.

Makes 3 servings.
