    1 lb ground beef
    6 noodles uncooked
    2 eggs
    15 oz sour cream or riccotta cheese
    1/2 c parmesan cheese
    1 can hunts sauce


Brown meat
Mix together ricotta cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese.
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Grease baking dish and assamble:
sauce, noodles, sour cream mixture, meat, mozzarella cheese
then repeat layers as many as you want.
Finally spread remaining sauce mix and top with cheese
Bake for 50 minutes, uncover and cook for 5 more till chx melts.
