Introduction

Shredded chicken and homini spiced up with rotel and V-8 Shredded chicken and homini spiced up with rotel and V-8
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 chicken breast
    8 cups water
    3 cubes chicken boullion
    2 cans white Homini
    1-2 cans V-8
    1 can diced tomato(chili ready tomatos if preferred)
    2 cans rotel
    2 celery ribs chopped
    natures season or salt & pepper
    1 tbsp chili powder

Directions

Put water and chicken into a large pot to boil.
Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the pot, shred it and place it back into the pot.
Add the rest of your ingredients and simmer until the celery is cooked.
Eat with cheddar and crackers!
