    1 c. applesauce
1 c. Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 c.Splenada
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 tsp vanilla
    tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cardamom or nutmeg (cardamom is better)
    1 /2 c. whole wheat flour
    3.4 c. white flour
    1 c. white chocolate chips
    1 c. rolled oats, uncooked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray.

Measure unsweetened applesauce into large bowl. Add both sugar substitutes, mixing until all is blended well. Add baking powder, soda, salt, egg substitute, vanilla and spices. Mix well.

Add both flours in c. increments, stirring after each addition. Then, add the white chocolate chips and stir thoroughly. Add oats half cup at a time. Batter may be stiff. Be sure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed in.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, 12 cookies per sheet. Bake at 350 for 11 to 14 minutes. Cool 2-3 minutes on baking pan then on a wire rack.

Makes about 5 dozen or so medium sized cookies.
