    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Bell Pepper, Green, Whole, 1 serving (remove)
    *Celery - 1 medium Stalk, 2 serving (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 6 large (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Crushed Tomatoes, 411.0 grams (remove)
    *Chicken Stock, Swanson 33% less sodium, 3.25 cup (remove)
    *Okra, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, .5 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    *Thyme, dried, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, .66 cup (remove)
    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, .25 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Healthy Ones Turkey Polish Kielbasa, 7 oz (remove)


In a large nonstick saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. saute the bell pepper, celery, scallions, and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, stock, okra, thyme, cayenne; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.

Stir in the rice and simmer, covered 15 minutes. Add the shrimp, chicken, and kielbasa; simmer, covered, until shrimp is pink, the chicken is cooked through, and the rice is tender, about 5 minutes longer.

WW did not state if kielbasa was beef or pork so I chose turkey. Also WW used 1/4 lb of shrimp, I used 1lb. WW used 2c stock, I used entire carton, 26 oz. Enjoy
