    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mix
    3 bonless skinless chicken breasts, halved
    1 tsp canola oil
    1 pat butter
    1/2 bag frozen peas
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 cup water
    3 turkey bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp rosemary
    1/2 tsp basil


Place rice in a slow cooker, set aside seasoning packet. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil and butter. Add to slow cooker. Add peas on top of chicken.

In a small bowl, combine the soup, water, bacon, herbs and contesnts of the seasoning packet. Pour over top. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
