    12 oz. Roll Jimmy Dean Light Sasage
    4 eggs
    1/2 c Milk
    1 c. Mushrooms chopped
    1 c. Onions chopped
    1/2 c. Red Bell Pepper chopped
    2 Tbsp Olive oil
    10 slices of 2% american cheese
    9 Ore-Ida hashbrown pattys
    Garlic salt


Brown Sasage

In a 9x13 Pan put hashbrowns on bottom then browned sasage, onions, peppers, mushrooms.

in seperate bowl mix: eggs, milk, garlic salt to taste.

pour egg mixture on top of hasbrown mixture and bake for 55-70 minutes. when egg is cooked add american cheese and melt to likeing. Cut in to 9 servings and enjoy.
