    4 yukon gold potatos
    1 cup water
    Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Imagine Organic Low Vegetable Broth, 3.5 cup
    Miso Paste: 2 tbsp
    salt and pepper to taste


cook veggies in 3.5 cups of veg broth and water until cooked. Add inmiso paste. salt and pepper and blend. Serve.
