    4 boneless skinless chicken breast fillets ( I used 1 lb for nutrition info)
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp lemonade concentrate*
    1 tbsp champagne vinegar
    2 tbsp herbs de provence
    1 tbsp citrus herb seasoning**

    *I was out of lemonade concentrate last time I made this, so I used 2 tbsp lemon juice and about 2 tsp sugar. The nutrional info was calculated with this instead of the concentrate because I could not find it on the list.
    ** I used Weber twisted citrus garlic seasoning and that is what is included in the nutrition info.


Rinse Chicken breasts and pat dry. Pound to 1/2 inch thick; set aside
In small bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour into large zip-top bag and add chicken. Squeeze out air and secure. Place in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
Remove and let sit at room temperature 30 minutes.
Grill over med. heat 2-3 minutes per side, or until done.
Preheat broiler. Place breasts on foil lined baking sheet or broiler pan. Broil 6-8 inches from heat source 2-4 minutes per side.

**I like to marinate this chicken longer, at least 6 hours. It comes out so tender and juicy. I grill mine, and I do not always pound the chicken first. I also find it easier to simply mix the marinade in the zip-top bag.... just add them and seal it and squeeze. No need to wash an oily bowl!
