Serve over hot white rice. Serve over hot white rice.

    2 T. Light Butter
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 lb. turkey sausage
    1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup frozen corn kernels
    1 fire roasted red bell pepper, diced


Heat butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic. Saute until tender. Add sausage; cook until it begins to color. Add shrimp and seasonings; saute until shrimp just turns pink. Add corn and red bell pepper. Stir until thouroughly heated. Serves 4.
