Very tasty savory snack. Very tasty savory snack.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 Large Mushrooms
    1/4 c Low Fat Cream Cheese
    1/2 c Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
    1/4 cup Crabmeat
    3 oz Shrimpmeat
    2 tbsp fresh Chives
    2 tbsp Green Pepper chopped finely
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Hollow out Mushrooms saving the meat and dicing it finely.

In bowl cream together Ricotta and Cream Cheese. Add remaining ingredients including the mushroom middles.

Stuff mushrooms and bake and 325 for 15 min or until browning a bit on top. Enjoy.
