Ingredients

1 loaf of Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread
6 large eggs
3 cups nonfat milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C Brown Sugar
Directions
Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix together other ingredients, except for brown sugar. Pour over bread. sprinkle top with brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Serve with sprinkled confectioner's sugar, or butter and whipped cream, whatever sweet topping you'd like. Makes 10 servings.
