Ingredients

1 Box Pillsbury Moist Supreme German chocolate cake mix (prepared as directed) for eggs use egg beaters for less calories.
Frosting:
1 c. f.f evaporated milk
1 c. splenda
3 egg yoks
1/2 c. country crock spread
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. Flaked Coconut
1 c. Chopped pecan
Directions
Bake cake as directed on box in a 9x13 pan
Frosting:
Melt country crock, add f.f evaporated milk,splenda, egg yoks, vanilla in sauce pan.
Cook over medium heat until thick (about 12 minutes)
Stir in pecans and coconut
cool and spread on cake
enjoy!!
