great for a one pot meal and a busy day great for a one pot meal and a busy day

    1lb Chicken Breast, no skin
    16oz water
    16oz Salsa verde
    4oz can diced green chilies
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning
    2 cups frozen spinach
    1 cup chopped white onion
    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatos no salt added, (flavor of your choice)
    2 cans Reduced Sodium Kidney Beans
    3oz cream cheese


Diced your chicken and then put everything in a slow cooker (but not the cream cheese) on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for about 4 to 5 hours. For the last 45minutes add the cream cheese.

If you start it late, what I do is cook it on hight for about 3 to 4 hours and then turn it on low til its dinner time.
