Delicious and simple pumpkin pie recipe. Not for a diet. Delicious and simple pumpkin pie recipe. Not for a diet.

    4 eggs, beaten
    15 oz. can solid pumpkin
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 Cups Sugar
    1 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. ginger
    1/4 t. cloves
    1 t. salt
    1 dry yellow cake mix
    1 Cup chopped pecans
    1 Cup butter, melted


Combine eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, spies and salt. Mix well and pour into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with cake mix and nuts over top. Drizzle with butter. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour testing for doneness with toothpick. Serve with whipped cream
