    I large head of fresh cabbage
    I large can of whole tomatoes in their own juice
    1 6oz can of tomato paste
    I large can of tomato juice
    1/4 cup of Sugar
    1 Pound of ground turkey
    1/4 cup brown rice
    1 large egg
    4 Tablespoons Ketchup


Boil the cabbage until soft (about 1.5 hours). In a bowl mix the ground turkey, egg, and rice. Cut up the cabbage into bite size portions and add to a LARGE soup pot. Form gound tukey into meat balls and add to pot. Add tomato paste, and tomato juice. Break up whole tomatoes and add to the pot with the juice in the can. Add sugar and ketchup and boil for about 2 hours. Eat as any meal or even a snack. Low in Calories and fat and tastes GREAT! Makes 10-15 sevings.
