    1 lb of chicken , cubed or sliced
    1 Med onion sliced
    2 cupd celery diced
    1/2 cup carrots sliced
    2 cans Sun Luck Stir fry Veg ( 10 oz)
    1 Can water Chestnuts (8 oz)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp ketsup
    1 tsp mustard
    1 tbsp oil
    1 1/2 cups white rice ( dry to be steamed)


Combine celery, carrots, Onions in large skillet with oil to soften. Add chicken to brown. Add canned vegs and Water Chestnuts. Combine ketsup, mustard, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, and spices in a small bowl and then pour over veg and chicken in sauce pan. Heat through. serve over steamed rice. Make about 10 - 3/4 cup of chicken and veg over 1/2 cup rice for about 160 cal
