    16 oz package Velveeta light
    2.5 cups skim milk
    3 cups chicken stock
    1/2 onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    package frozen broccoli


Place all the ingredients in a crockpot except the onions and garlic. Sauté onions and garlic in a pan and add to crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours!

  • I'm having a problem with a Broccoli Cheese Soup that I did not save but printed and now I can't find it. It was submitted by BUBRA007. Anyhow, I have tried to make this soup twice. Both times it comes out looking curdled. It was done a Crock Pot with just dumping everything in. That is why I like i - 3/5/10

    I'm sorry your soup didn't turn out as expected! Maybe next time add the milk at the end (just to warm it), instead of letting it cook the entire time with everything else in the pot.
